Run circles around your former self in one (or all) of our training programs! We start earlier than anyone else in town (or anyone sane) at 4:45 a.m. Bring the kiddos if you got ‘em, drop them off in our FREE childcare center, and sweat out your stress with us!

  • Fundamentals Series

    The Fundamentals Course is designed to set you up for success in a safe and confident environment prior to entering our regular classes. You’ll learn what CrossFit is and why it’s a great way to get you fit for life and other endeavors. This class (which is required for everyone who has never tried CrossFit before) teaches you all the basics to get you ready for the intensity of CrossFit. Group classes and private instruction are available. Come prepared to learn new skills and sweat a little.

  • CrossFit Group Training

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Oly Class

    Our Olympic Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • Mobility Class

    Learn to “stretch with purpose” in our Mobility class. This class is designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself – including recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness and achieving better positioning. Discover the powers of foam rolling, self-myofascial release, PNF, trigger points, self-massage, stretch band work and more to become a better athlete.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. North Rim CrossFit offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

  • Cardio Burn

    Our Cardio Burn classes are high-intensity, always-changing, interval training for a calorie-burning workout like you’ve never seen before. We could be doing body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, running, rowing and much more! If you’re ready to burn off those stubborn inches and get your heart pounding to the beat of fun fitness, our Cardio Burn class is for you!

  • Childcare

    Our FREE supervised childcare is just another reason to try us out. It allows all you parents out there to get a good workout in without having to worry about your little one. We have our very own designated room for childcare filled with toys, books and lots of fun! Our friendly Childcare supervisors cover both 9am and 5:30pm CrossFit classes Monday-Friday.

  • Open Gym

    Open Gym is our favorite time in the gym. An even more relaxed atmosphere where you can explore a new skill or perfect a lift. We encourage all of our athletes to join us at Open Gym for many reasons; to get a chance to watch our trainers work out, to better themselves as athletes and to connect with the community!
